From September 4 to 5, the 2026 Shandong Papermaking Industry “Four New” Technology Exchange & Promotion Conference was successfully held in Weifang. The event was co organized by Shandong Paper making Association, Tianrui Heavy Industry, Shandong Tianli Machinery, Wenrui Machinery (Shandong) and other participants.
On September 5, a delegation consisting of industry experts and representatives from papermaking enterprises organized by Shandong Papermaking Association paid an on site inspection visit to Shandong Tianli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. for technical exchange and observation. The delegation toured the production site to gain in depth knowledge of the whole manufacturing process of reject cleaners. Relevant seminars were held thereafter, building an exchange platform for mutual learning and win win cooperation across the industry.

Accompanied and introduced by Wang Xicai, Deputy General Manager of the company, representatives from the association and various enterprises visited the production & processing workshop as well as finished goods exhibition area successively. The delegation inspected on site working procedures including laser cutting, automatic machining, automatic welding, grinding and assembly. They closely observed the manufacturing workflow of reject cleaner series products, and learned in detail about material selection, processing technology, performance parameters and practical operating conditions within pulp making systems.
For flagship products such as high & medium consistency reject cleaners and low consistency reject cleaners, our team gave a detailed introduction regarding wear resistance performance, impurity removal efficiency, convenient maintenance & operation, advantages of domestic substitution, and global project application cases.
At the finished goods exhibition zone, attendees stopped to view the prototype of heavy duty reject cleaner jointly developed by our company and Aikawa of Japan. Many representatives spoke highly that the inner pipeline adopts cold drawn polishing technology, presenting mirror smooth internal walls.
