Lee & Man Paper’s PM23 packaging paper production line, invested at its paper manufacturing base in Selangor, Malaysia, was successfully put into operation at noon on November 14, 2020.
Lee & Man Paper is building four 5600/900 packaging paper production lines at its Selangor paper base, namely PM23, PM25, PM26 and PM27. Shandong Tianli Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. supplied four complete sets of pulp and paper purification equipment for Lee & Man’s Malaysia project, mainly including TNC 100 Reverse Cleaners and TXC 150 Light Density Cleaners.

The TNC 100 Reverse Light Density Cleaner supplied for Lee & Man’s Malaysia project adopts the latest reverse purification technology. At the same inlet consistency as traditional light density cleaning systems, it effectively removes light debris from low density contaminants such as wax, styrofoam, hot melt adhesive, latex and grease. With a longer retention time within a small diameter, it maximizes the separation of very small contaminants with density close to that of fibers.
Next, the project team will enter the intensive commissioning stage of PM25. We wish all subsequent projects smooth and on time completion.
